I have sent dispute letters to all three bureaus. My XXXX and Experian report is not reporting accurate information like XXXX. It is showing a collection XXXX not removed/deleted from XXXX and Experian but is showing removed from XXXX. It is also showing different statuses. Experian states " collection account. {$350.00} past due as of XX/XX/2024. '' with 3 late payment derogatory marks and XXXX is showing " unpaid '' with no late payment history. XXXX has removed this account. I have documents and proof attached showing what I have stated is accurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) states " Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. ''
