Good day, my Client Id : XXXX & XXXX XXXX. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was to receive {$1700.00} from CELSIUS NETWORKS, LLC, I receive a email from XXXXcelsiusXXXX to withdraw funds and I did as instructed only to receive an error message, no funds were withdrawn. I replied to CELSIUS NETWORKS, LLC email and it returned undeliverable and I reached out to the helpdesk as stated in the email and it was an invalid link. The email ( see attached ) also states the withdrawal is only valid 24hours, but CELSIUS NETWORKS, LLC is not able to be contacted in case any issue with withdrawing funds. This is not right that CELSIUS NETWORKS, LLC does not give the customer a chance to withdraw funds or contact them in event of error. So CELSIUS NETWORKS, LLC is holding {$1700.00} funds. How can I get my funds withdrawn? Please help.
