On XX/XX/2023 I sent Transunion a certified letter asking them to investigate a public record on my file because the reference number/ docket number was incomplete. On XX/XX/2023 I received the dispute results letter from Transunion which stated that the public record was accurate and verified. ( File number XXXX ) On XX/XX/2023 I wrote a response letter asking them to provide me a description of the procedure and to include the business name, address and phone number of the data furnisher who provided them the information, and if they could not provide the information then they needed to delete the information because there was no way they could confirm to me that they even did a investigation. About a few days later I receive a email from Transunion and they sent me a generic outline of how they conduct all investigations but did not provide me with XXXX data furnisher information where I could contact the data furnisher.
