They state that they are trying to collect a debt that I allegedly owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of whom the original creditor was XXXX XXXX They claim this debt is from XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$460.00}. I've do not recall having an account with XXXX and would like to dispute as well as point out that Under O.C.G.A. 9-3-24, debt ( of all types ) have a 6-year statute of limitations for collections. Since this is a debt reported from XXXX and it is now XXXX, that puts TrueAccord in violation for trying to collect on an charge that is no longer within statutes.
