Good afternoon. Long time Amex customer. Amex sent me a nice promotional bonus if I open a XXXX XXXX XXXX card. They checked my credit ( I have good credit ) But inquiry reduced score. Qualified. Made over {$2000.00} of purchases to qualify for promotion. Was promised several times by phone that bonus would be credited. Unfortunately never received.
