My wallet was stolen on XX/XX/2022 A few months after that I was notified by my credit monitoring that my credit was going down. I looked into the matter and there was a card that I have never opened. The card was American Express. I called American Express and notified them of everything. They told me not to worry they that they handle everything. A XXXX later they are still saying not to worry but nothing has been done to clear the charges and they are reporting me for not paying my bill every month. I have provided them with my address, bills, police report of stolen wallet. Every time I call I feel like they are lying to me and not trying to help.
