This is my 7th time reaching out to Equifax. I have continuously sent complaint after complaint after complaint. I repeatedly told Equifax that I have no know knowledge of XXXX. Im going to continuously fight this until it is completely removed from your bureau. Ive also reached out to your bureau several times in regards to the illegal reporting from XXXX. Someone used my information illegally, my social security number, my date of birth and my name. I have reached out to you several times about this to let you know that my information was breached on several instances and that is what lead me to file an identity theft report with the FTC. How many times do I have to keep letting you guys know that XXXX/XXXX is not my debt. I dont know anything about XXXX until I received a copy of my report. Please remove XXXX XXXX from my from my credit file as this is not my debt for the last and final time. has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 605 B section 2 : also states ( a ) Block. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days. has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A.
