As A Financial Institution you must provide me as as a consumer my opt out notice and my privacy policy notice under the Gramm Leach Bliley Act, failure to do so will result in legal actions taken against your company. Also 15 usc 1681b clearly states your company ( XXXX ) must have written consent from the consumer to furnish any information so if you claim you have permissible purpose please provide documentation for proof if not immediately remove this account from my 3 consumer reports failure to do so you will also be in violation of the FCRA, you have 10 days to remove this account and please be aware Under GLBA, penalties for non-compliance can include fines of up to {$100000.00} per violation, with fines for officers and directors of up to {$10000.00} per violation. I have tried to solve this issue with you, you have failed to respond to my complaint on the cfpb it has been over 60 days and company still hasnt responded I demand this account to be deleted immediately # XXXX
