On XX/XX/XXXX I disputed several inaccurate accounts that is being reported by XXXX credit bureau, I never received a response and it has been over 30 days I request that these accounts and inquiries be removed at once PER THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT. Furthermore this credit bureau is allowing companies that are not licensed nor registered to collect debts in the state that they are reporting to I am enclosing document for your review. Furthermore pursuant to section us code 1681 e ( b ) Accuracy or report. whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates must be 100 % accurate across all three agencies. these accounts must be deleted immediately this account is being reported inaccurate which is a big violation.
