I have done everything by the book with disputing these accounts. Ive contacted the bank in regards to this matter. They claimed its been resolved. Ive contact the law enforcement agency and filed a report and affidavit. They claim the identity theft report is valid. And lastly, XXXX contact the credit reporting agencies. Both XXXX and XXXX have removed the accounts per legal requirement. But for some weird reason Experian feels XXXX not following all the steps. XXXX LOANMART XXXX -PLEASE DELETE!!! EQ and XXXX have already removed this account from their records.. Id like the CFPB to honestly look closely at this case because it seems this is a lack of their legal requirement to process the identity theft report. I have filed it with a law enforcement agency. XXXX is a federal law enforcement agency. Id like to see this matter handled properly. All this grief of identity theft and not having any access to my credit is creating a ton of emotional and physical distress. Its cause a great deal of strain in my work and personal lives. I literally losing my mind because I have no other recourse
