Completed a dispute by mail form but no acknowledgement from Capital One. I am hearing impaired and have no other means to contact them. No online chat or secure email to the. Noticed an email in my spam folder about this account statement due so I logged in. Have not used the card and can not find the card so it is STOLEN/LOST. I locked the card when I seen the account was breached. Dispute and send new cards please.
