Hello. After review of my account I have identified unauthorized fraud transactions. I am XXXX XXXX to I can not call you. I can not locate my card at this time. Please NOTE I have just locked my card from further unauthorized use. Being XXXX XXXX customer service refused to assist me via secure email. They simply have told me to call in after I told them I can not call them. I locked the card and would like new cards issued. The bank can email me or send me a secure message.
