We have been many months trying to communicate with National Asset Mortgage. Various phone calls, emails to establish a communication for how interest appears to be over charged on my account each month via statement and via a statement print off sent to me by National Asset Mortgage still with no comminication back. On a balance of XXXX at 10 % interest I was charged XXXX when the math works out to XXXX which is also what my XX/XX/2023 statement shows owed. My XX/XX/2023 statement shows I owe XXXX in interest on a balance of XXXX and this would be a correct calculation. However ; I was charged XXXX This has continued for many months prior. None of the monthly interest payments are correct for quite some time as far as I can tell. The latest several months I have been charged more than what I was 2 years ago in monthly interest even after having paid off about XXXX of the principal.
