on or around XXXX of XXXX I tried to use my credit card and it was decline, So I called Ollo Bank immediately to find out why. the Ollo Bank service representative said there were numerous online game charges to my card I explained that is wasn't me. I said my XXXX XXXX XXXX son might have done this. and she said that I was still responsible for unauthorized charges on my card that my son made. So i closed the card. I recently found out that a credit card company can't force you to pay for unauthorized charges. Ollo Bank has continued to report the wrong amount of my debt to the national credit bureaus. This company has all the proof that there company representative made a mistake by giving me wrong information. police reports, I.D . Theft Reports, and there actual recorded phone conversation that I had with the service rep.
