On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX informed them Im a victim of identity theft and the account they are trying to collect is indeed fraud supplied a police report Theft affidavit And official FTC report my Attorney is now pursuing legal action against the creditor and credit agencies as of XX/XX/XXXX For reporting fictitious allegations and fraudulent debt Also I have informed XXXX /Experian and supplied the information as well this has caused me emotional distress and now Im seeking to recover from this situation with legal action
