Consumer Narrative
XXXX opened an account in my name without my knowledge or approval and when that account was not paid they sent the account to a debt collector called Southwest Credit Systems. I have attempted to contact XXXX about this but have not been successful in reaching a human to put the account directly into dispute with them although I have sent them numerous letters and have attempted to call. I have never used XXXX for any service and I do not even live in an area that XXXX services. I have attached a copy of the FTC affidavit of identity theft to this complaint.
