on XX/XX/year> I was alerted that a collection was added to my file by an collection agency named caine & weiner company the original creditor was progressive. I then contacted progressive letting them know that this account is not mine and was opened fraudulently. I was then advised over the phone call to send in a statement with my ID front and back and police report. I sent over everything require and this information is still on my credit report
