I received a phone call for Central Portfolio Control rep XXXX XXXX who advised he was attempting to collect a debt for XXXXXXXX XXXX I advised him that i don't have any debts with XXXX and to not contact me again and any correspondence that he has to please send to the address that he has on file. I also to him that it was a direct violation according to 15USC 1692 for him to obtain my personal information when i have no debt with this company and did not supply them with that information myself.
