Not only did I have payment application issues that Lakeview refuses to address, but they filed for a judgment of foreclosure, when they knew the house was under contract. They filed the judgment the day before closing in the sale, as well as simultaneously sending my account to a collection agency, which caused me to incur an additional {$7000.00} in fees I had to pay out of my proceeds from the sale that they knew was taking place the next day, in order for the closing to take place as planned. They have unnecessarily messed up my credit, including filing a false judgment of foreclosure so that this public record is out there for anyone to see. They have harmed me financially, since I have been denied rental housing due to this filing. Because of this, I am paying higher rent at a place I could find nearby, even though my income qualified me for the original lower rent complex. I was only declined because of this rushed judgment filing that was done strictly to harm and embarrass me. I have called numerous times since XXXX to request information and to ask that they remove the judgment filing, since no judgment was obtained, but they refuse to even talk with me. The closing agent and I were both in regular contact with Lakeview regarding the closing date for sale of the property at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, in addition to Lakeview NEVER even provided any written notification of any pending collection action or pending judgment. Please help me in getting this corrected. I had file for XXXX XXXX in XXXX, and I paid 100 % of my obligations. After all of my hard work, this was a slap in the face.
