1.ability recovery services llc 2XXXX 3.XXXX XXXX XXXX 4. XXXX XXXX XXXX these following companies are in violation of the fair credit reporting act ive reach out to these companies multiple times and the have refuse to respond in a timely fashion... the violation are including but not limited to.. 15 usc 1681b permissible purpose.. I never gave none of these companies permission to use my information. 15 usc 1681 s-2 states if a company is notified that the information they are reporting is inaccurate they must remove it or do a full investigation and show proof that information is accurate 15 usc 1681 c-2 any furnisher shall not report any information that the consumer deems to be identity theft
