XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX according to 15 U.S.C 1681 law there should not be any damages on my credit report, it is defamation of my Character. Fraudulent account listed on credit report : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have no knowledge about any of the items listed above and these should be removed immediately. I am in the process of trying to buy a home and noticed these negative items on my credit report. In contrast I filed an identity theft report and it is attached.
