I am writing to dispute the following information that you are providing on my credit report : 30-60 days late payments. For starters You have been billing me incorrectly since XX/XX/2023. You have charged for me fraudulent charges and failed to remove all of the charges after I opened a claim. As you are aware all charges with balances create interest which Im forced to pay. I have written multiple letters for this to be corrected. The billing error has finally been updated XX/XX/2023. Which is also when you reported inaccurately late payments. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX shows that you state that there was not a payment made in XXXX or XXXX. That is False. Your rep stated that I made a {$70.00} payment on my account in XX/XX/2023. However I also made a {$280.00} payment and Discover credited my account an additional {$81.00}.
