On XX/XX/24 I attempted to make a purchase using my PayPal account. I was told that it would not go through due to non sufficient funds. I knew I had just put money in this account the night before so I had them check again and the same thing came back. I then logged into my PayPal account and saw there was a {$0.00} balance and a recent withdraw transaction to a bank I had never heard of in the amount of {$330.00}. I then called PayPal to report/inquire and they said they have opened an investigation but that can take many days. I let them know that I needed to refill my medicine or I could have serious issues. That doesnt matter to them apparently since I have not received my money and there are no updates from them. I need your help.to get my money back to me so that I can get my medicine and because the money was stolen from my account. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX
