XX/XX/XXXX I wrote this company and told them I did not give them permission to furnish ANY DATA on my credit report. They response " The consumer states Caine & Weiner did not get her permission before reporting on her credit. Caine & Weiner is a debt collector. Our company does not buy debt. The debt is for an automobile policy with XXXX. We collect on behalf of numerous clients, XXXX is our client in this situation. Our records indicate the initial correspondence was sent to the consumer XX/XX/XXXX, to the address provided by our client. Validation was last sent XX/XX/XXXX, to the address provided in the complaint. Validation will be forwarded again on XXXX XXXX XXXX to the address provided in the complaint. The file has been noted as 'Disputed ' in our files and the credit reporting agencies have been contacted to update the file accordingly. This should allow the consumer the opportunity to review the documents and contact our client, XXXX. If the consumer believes the account is invalid we ask that the appropriate paperwork ( fraud report, police report, etc. ) be forwarded to our office. As a XXXX company, Caine & Weiner wants to help consumers in any way possible. We encourage the consumer to call our office at XXXX and ask for a XXXX for further assistance. '' I'VE SENT THEM A CEASE & DESIST LETTER IN XX/XX/XXXX YET THEY IGNORE CONSUMER LAW AND CONTINUE TO CONTACT ME. ANOTHER ILLEGAL VIOLATION!!! THEY WENT AND PUT " DISPUTED '' ON MY CREDIT WHICH IS ANOTHER ILLEGAL ACT. DO NOT PLACE ANY WORDING OR VERBIAGE ON MY CREDIT. REMOVE IT WHILE YOU CONDUCT YOUR INVESTIGATION. MY LAST RESPONSE OR MY ATTORNEYS WILL BE INVOLVED. YOU WILL BE SUBJECTED TO PAY MY ATTORNEY FEES PLUS A FINE OF {$1000.00} PER FINE.
