Spoke to freedom mortgage at least XXXX times. My mortgage payment went from {$740.00} to around {$900.00} dollars. They told me they over paid my taxes. Said they paid over {$3000.00} when XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX told me 2x they only paid the right amount {$1000.00} dollars. Also I paid directly to my insurance company XXXX XXXXXXXX and several times freedom mortgage told me the paid also and I need to get my money back from them. The county tax office tells me freedom mortgage is lieing to me and my insurance is telling me the same. Freedom mortgage state I owe them for their over payment of taxes. XXXX XXXX states they didnt over pay and I will not get a reimbursement of what freedom mortgage states they over paid because they paid the right amount. Freedom phone # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TX.
