On all of my credit reports for XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Ive seen that I have a derogatory report stating that I owe a debit of {$5200.00}. I do not know these company and do not know what loan they are talking about nor I am getting any information from this company when I called to find out what is going on. I want a copy of the original contract with my signature, a copy of the original payment history, and proof of collection authorization as I was unable to get this information. I did file dispute with with the three credit bureaus and waiting for a resolution. Since this debt is disputed pursuant to the fair Debt Collection practices act, I require that the company cease all collection of this alleged debt and that I do not want any contact with this company along with using my information illegally to report to the credit bureau as I will then file for fraud and identity theft.
