Last summer I requested Capital One to comply with the agreement we had on payment of a balance due. This agreement was if I paid the balance owed they would take all negative information off and report me as current. Not only have they refused with our agreement to comply stating they do not remove negative remarks, especially upon a payment agreement when they have done so with a past account I had with them, they are also not reporting it as paid, hurting my credit. If I had known this I would not have paid the almost {$300.00} and told them to buzz off.
