I informed Experian that they have made errors on my credit report and they have done nothing to fix it, no correspondence, Nothing! Experian has unlawfully and willfully reported LATE payments and Utilization ( which are transactions and experiences ) to my credit and in accordance with the FCRA : 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ) : Exclusions - Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report DOES NOT INCLUDE - ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; 15 U.S. Code 1681s -2 Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies ( a ) Duty of furnishers of information to provide accurate information. That is your duty and as a consumer, I am protected under the FCRA ACT 15 U.S. Code 1681. If you EXPERIAN feel that said protection is not mine to have as a consumer, I will REQUIRE that you provide me with PROOF of an investigation into the accuracy of said late payments and utilization as well as statements showing that these payments were late, and documentation authorizing you EXPERIAN to report my utilization. If proof can't be provided, I demand these payments be updated to Paid on Time and NEVER late! And Utilization removed! Or remove it from my consumer report altogether.
