Basically what happened is that I report XXXX fraudulent transactions made through XXXX from my bank checking account ( Wells Fargo ) the first of XXXX to " XXXX XXXX '' Ref # XXXX and the second of XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX. The solution that Wells Fargo gave me was to go to my cell phone service provider in this case ( XXXX ) a documentation that my phone has been compromised so I went and they told me that they are not able to give that type of documentation and that the only thing they can give me is an invoice for the cell phone payments and a call history ( I will attach these proofs below ). So I turn to you as my last option to solve this.
