I opened an Upgrade Performance Savings and Rewards Checking Plus account in XX/XX/XXXX. I deposited money into the XXXX XXXX account. In XX/XX/XXXX, I tried to withdraw my money via wire to an external bank account. I called the company to check and they said the first wire is free. The did the wire online. The following day, an Upgrade representative called me to verify the wire. I provided my details and they said they successfully approved me and the wire. The day after that, I woke up to all my Upgrade accounts " suspended '' and I was unable to access my funds at all. On the account, it says " Your deposit account ( s ) are suspended. Please call us at ( XXXX ) XXXX for more information. ''. I called the number twice in the following week, and both times the rep on the phone said they had no visibility into the situation and no details as to why my account was suspended, and I just had to wait for an email. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and no email has arrived and the reps on the phone have no further information. I am at an absolute loss and have no way of accessing this money or getting an explanation.
