There was a fraudulent transaction on my checking account that took place on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, CST. I immediately alerted the bank. {$210.00} was withdrawn from my account through an unknown merchant, XXXX XXXXXXXX # XXXX. Prior to this withdrawal, someone accessed my account through XXXX XXXX XXXX, which appeared to be a banking verification process. They made a deposit of {$0.00} and then immediately withdrew the {$0.00}. And shortly thereafter, withdrew the {$210.00} that I had just put into the account a few hours prior to this incident. My personal and sensitive information has been compromised because of this. The bank, Found Bank, is refusing to refund my funds. The perpetrator gained access to my personal information through Found Banks platform. I have had my email account for over 20 years and always used this email with my checking accounts and have never had this happen to me. Please help. Thank you
