There was a double charge for XXXX and two pair where sent when I only ordered one. The company said they were looking for the XXXX for months while I was waiting for my money back my phone was turned off 4 times with late fees. A lady said she would remove the cost of XXXX and the fees and would call back but never did. In the meantime due to their customer service I changed providers. The bill was place in collections with the late fees and XXXX attached. The company refunded the XXXX when I called because they found them but they did not deduct the fees like promised. I was waiting on a true final bill but they missed the ball here and reported false information.
