Wells Fargo is refusing to acknowledge they received payment from XXXX XXXX XXXX for my Gap coverage. My car was totaled before XXXX XXXX and my loan is still not closed. The dated check for the GAP was sent to Wells Fargo on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$2000.00} and XXXX XXXX XXXX has record of Wells Fargo cashing that check on XX/XX/XXXX. Wells Fargo is saying g they never received payment. I've been turned down continuously while attempting to get another vehicle so I have transportation to work. Almost 2 months later my loan is still open and I desperately need to get another car and because of this issue, I can't.
