In XXXX XXXX I was looking into buying a home and my broker asked me to run my credit to get my score. I went to Experian and paid {$24.00} to run my credit once and they provided it. I just noticed 10 months later than they have been billing me for an automatic premium subscription that I never knew about and did not authorize. They have billed me almost {$300.00} and when I asked them they said they would not refund me the money because it was in their terms and conditions. XXXX XXXX XXXX also will not consider this fraud and they refuse to refund me the money either as they don't consider it fraud because I requested the service.
