I had an unauthorized charge on my child support card from XXXX back in XXXX of XXXX. I contacted XXXX and they said they couldn't help me because I didn't have the last XXXX of the card number that was used for the transaction so I filed a fraud claim with my bank. XX/XX/XXXX my bank reversed my claim with XXXX and took the {$190.00} back from me. I contacted XXXX again and this time had the card number. A representative was able to pull up the charge and verify it was not mine and was not even made through my XXXX account. I advised the rep that I did not authorize the payment and my credit card number was stolen. The rep created a " work '' order and gave me the following reference number XXXX saying I'd receive a refund within a week. I have not heard anything back from XXXX and I still haven't received my refund. I contacted XXXX again today and they're giving me the runaround acting like they don't know what this work order number the last rep gave me and nobody will tell me where my refund is. The bank will not give me my money back either. I did NOT authorize anyone to use my credit card and I did not authorize this XXXX purchase which they're holding me liable for. I did not receive any products from XXXX and I am not responsible for someone using my credit card without my permission. This is a fraudulent and unauthorized charge and XXXX is refusing to refund my money even though they verified I did not make or receive this purchase.
