While I was XXXX in XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) my debit card was stolen & used XXXX times, XX/XX/XXXX- {$400.00} & {$990.00}, XX/XX/XXXX - {$60.00}. I submitted a fraud claim to Wells Fargo. On XX/XX/XXXX, they temporarily credited my bank acct for {$1300.00}. Then on XX/XX/XXXX, Wells Fargo took the money back out of my acct & refuse to reimburse me for it. Wells Fargo insists, even though I was XXXX, that I left the XXXX XXXX, used my debit card ( which I did not have ) at the stores, then I returned to my XXXX XXXX room. This I was told by Wells Fargo yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX. None of what Wells Fargo stated makes any sense. I gave Wells Fargo a letter from my doctor verifying my XXXX. I'm finding out that Wells Fargo does very little investigations at all. On XX/XX/1923 Wells Fargo sent me, by email, a male customer 's claim decision. They had denied his claim exactly the way they denied mine. I now have this man 's name & am trying to find him. I feel this is violation of this man 's confidentiality by Wells Fargo & very sloppy work by Wells Fargo Claims dept, sending me another person 's claim resolution. I don't know if you can do anything, but I would simply like my y {$1300.00} reinstated to my bank acct. Otherwise I must file for Arbitration & file a case in small claims court.
