On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted a dispute to Transunion due to identity theft. The dispute was completely ignored. I called Transunion and was unable to get a straight answer as to why they had not responded to my dispute. The rep suggested that I resend the information and provided me with a list oof documents to send. On XX/XX/XXXX, I resubmitted my dispute to Transunion and included my dispute letter, my drivers license, my social security card, a copy of my police report, my paper identity theft affidavit, and the identity theft report that I did online. I then received a letter XX/XX/XXXX saying that they received my dispute but not my identity theft affidavit. This is impossible. I sent it in twice. I do not believe that Transunion wants to help me and I think they are just trying to stall me out and continue to allow me to be the victim of identity theft. They are intentionally ignoring and stalling my disputes. I am the victim. I have been violated. I feel attacked by both Transunion and the person who stole my identity. I told the rep on the phone and I told them in my letter that this person stole my information, put it online on social media, and keeps using my credit to try to get things in my name without my permission or knowledge. I am fearful everytime my phone rings. I just want Tranunion to support me in fixing the things that this person did to me and they are ignoring me and stalling me out.
