I bank with Wells Fargo. They offer a service that allows you to send money through XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I was notified that an unauthorized payment of a total of XXXX was sent. Immediately called the bank and I was told that I was going to get my money back in 10 days and a new card. I didnt receive the card nor the money. I continued to call every other day to check on the money and the card. Today, XX/XX/2023 I called and was told that I could not get my money back and the case was dropped. Although they told me they was going to send out another card. I still need my money and they refuse to give it to me.
