I applied for credit. The creditor could not access my Transunion credit report because of a freeze/lock. I went to the TU website to unfreeze/unlock my credit report. I was unable to access my account. I called the telephone number provided by TU. I was told there was a permanent fraud lock on my account. I was never notified of this issue and I was told it could not be fixed. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to XXXX XXXX and was not able to understand the call taker. She told me to call back untill I got someone I could understand.
