For the past two years I have disputed my personal name, address and accounts that were in clear violation with reason and code to XXXX and XXXX to which they updated with no change or verified without providing any information on how they verified the information. These two companies are not doing any investigation and when I called XXXX XX/XX/2023 I was actually told by a customer service representative that one of my accounts was verified by the actual Account that was in dispute. I asked them how can an account in dispute investigate their self? She said that that was their process.
