Capital one has not applied my payments to my accounts. XX/XX/2023 a payment of {$930.00} on one account and {$2000.00} on another account. On XX/XX/2023 was the last date I mailed in 3 payments of {$5000.00} on the 2 accounts that weren't applied on my accounts and was sent certified mail with my payment coupons. Still no actions from them to apply my payments to my principal account. They never sent back any payment coupons that I sent in, nor did they apply any of the coupons to my account. If they didn't send them back then they have accepted them and have yet to apply the payments to my account. The negotiable instruments have been filled out and endorsed by me the living being.
