MAERICAN FINANCE is saying I owe there company {$3700.00} for a credit line. Ive never applied or had a line of credit with them. I informed them im a victim of identity theft. They sent back a letter stating that they verified my identity. I then sent in more documentation explains that they should have this removed from my credit and that I was not the owner of the line of credit. They are refusing to remove this item from my credit report. They have no prove I opened up this account. They have yet to show me the proof of me opening said credit line with them. I would like this account removed from my credit profile.
