This complaint is a followup to the previous XXXX complaints. The issue has not been resolved. Fay Servicing is charging my escrow account XXXX times for my insurance instead of XXXX time. When I call I get bounced around then someone tells me it will get fixed in XXXX days. When I call back there is no record of anything and I start completely over explaining the issue. On XX/XX/XXXX I called and request escrow analysis for payment update in XXXX. I was told it would be ready XX/XX/XXXX. They completed the escrow analysis but nothing changed. They were still charging me XXXX times. I was told I need to be transferred to the insurance department. I was disconnected in the process. XX/XX/XXXX I called the insurance department and was told I needed to be transferred to customer service to request the analysis. The Escrow Rep and the Customer service rep both agreed that I should only be charged XXXX time for the policy {$5100.00}. They both agreed and said another analysis would be updated. On XX/XX/XXXX I called back and the customer service rep said the request had not been submitted and I had to explain everything all over to him and had to get transferred to insurance department and back again. I was told it would be ready XX/XX/XXXX. I called XX/XX/XXXX and nothing was done and had to start over again transferred XXXX times on the phone over XXXX minutes.
