I am seeking a balance check in order to dispute a transaction in the amount of {$20.00} made on XX/XX/2024. The company provides a website vanillagift.com and a page to check the balance. However when checking the balance an error is shown " A system error has occurred. Please try again later ''. This occured on Thursday XX/XX/2024. When calling the customer support number, an automated robot asks me to enter the two numbers spoken as a security challenge in order to continue the call. The numbers are XXXX XXXX. When I enter the numbers, the robot says that the entry is incorrect and abruptly terminates the call.
