In XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, the car was purchased by my XXXX XXXX XXXX and I was the cosigner. The payoff on the car she traded in was not made for an excessive amount of time- I found the dealer sold the business and never completed her transaction- I could get no response so I contacted Nissan XXXX XXXX and they could not help- finally I located the new Dealership VP and he had us sign new papers but the terms were not the same. NOW Nissan XXXX didnt provide my Granddaughter with her her bill so she assumed the payment was in XXXX I was checking the account and immediately made her XXXX payment. In XXXX I paid XXXX and XXXX in time to avoid the late fee- however the payment was misposted as 1 payment with a additional principal reduction instead of 2 payments. I called Nissan and was told they would reverse it and post it as two payments but again they only posted it as 1 payment with extra to the principal so I again called, same response. ( I also used the online Chat portal many times ) I called again and asked for a manager/supervisor and was hung up on. Ive called repeatedly to have a Supervisor/Manager to reach out to me but no action has been taken on their part. Now I have made new payments to try to avoid negative credit report posts but they have posted us delinquent. I am dismayed that no upper management can handle and review this loan. Please help!
