i sent multiple 609 letters and 623 letters requesting the false information be removed, or proven true, and that all information used to support the false inquires be sent to me by way of USPS mail as well as email, i received nothing from either of the three companies TransUnionXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX except letters stating that all information was true, nothing showing who or what information they used to show any of the inquires was true or accurate. just letters stating they wouldnt change anything because they believed it to be accurate. they still havent removed the false inquires from my report yet. they keep re-reporting them as new and accurate each month, year after year.
