XXXX XXXX sold my loan to SST, effective XX/XX/XXXX. I was communicated to not process a payment as of XX/XX/XXXX while they migrate our data from XXXX to sst. I made roughly half my XXXX payment, totalling {$220.00} to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I paid the remaining XXXX payment ( {$210.00} ) directly to sst XX/XX/XXXX. That full amount of {$430.00} was due XX/XX/XXXX, therefore it was all paid early. Starting XXXX I noticed it showing the {$220.00} ( paid to XXXX ) as late/unpaid. I spoke to a rep, XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX, both times being told everything was fixed, she could see the XX/XX/XXXX payment pending. I called again XX/XX/XXXX after continuing to get calls, texts, and emails about my erroneously-labeled " late payment '', told that it was being worked on, but they needed proof of the payment ( even though I was told previously they could see it ). I emailed the proof while still on that call. I was told late communications would be on hold for 5 days. Today I am continuing to get emails, texts, and calls about this error on their part, as if I am owing funds to them ... now their communications are mo longer even documenting the {$210.00} that i paid DIRECTLY TO THEM. I called again and was refused the ability to escalate. I was told this wouldn't hurt my credit ( which how can i believe that? ), and that i should not make any payments until this is fixed. This is unacceptable processing protocols, is a misuse of power by these servicers, and causing extreme undue stress on me and my family. I've reported to XXXX, no help yet. I need help fixing this and holding this organization accountable. I didnt chose this servicer, I never had a single issue while with XXXX XXXX XXXX
