I reviewed my consumer report and noticed a late payment on an account that was never late. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and are responsible for reporting consumers ' information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the account i have included a screenshot inside this complaint on the dates of XXXX. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that this payment was late. If proof can't be provided I demand that this account payment be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be since I was never late. Thanks! PLEASE SEE SCREEN SHOT ATTACHED
