I had my account restricted for more than 1 month. I am allowed to receive to but not transfer any money. They said that the verification team needed to verify my informations but also claimed than all the informations they have from me are correct and it was just a bug from the system. My account is still on hold and nothing have been done since. I am calling regularly but it seems that no one is paying attention to the problem and I still dont have access to my money on the account. I cant even close my account as I would need to be verified for that.
