Request a copy of alleged obligation of debt owed by the incorporated XXXX XXXX. Frivolous information was sent to me, which is a None Response. Without this information it is fraudulent to report negative remarks on my open-ended credit account,. XXXX XXXX credits funded this account and it is fraud inducement to change currency from credit to federal reserve notes without full disclosure to the consumer. I have been had my negotiable instrument for {$720.00} " rejected '' without reason, although I was told by XXXX in collections it would returned if not accepted. I considered this account paid in full. Also, XXXX XXXX does not have an opt-out of a privacy disclosure option, this is a violation of Consumer Rights.
